The Sidewalk is Dead. Long Live the Sidewalk.

This is what I came home to a few months ago.  A beautiful new curb, and the sidewalk was *gone*.

A few days later, forms were down.  Looks like the new sidewalk will be five or six inches wider.

 Though they messed up our stone pathway.

Then, one Saturday morning, we woke up to the *beep* *beep* or backing up construction vehicles. Sidewalk is coming into existence!

It's actually complete now, but I haven't take a photo of it.
